MAP Group

Mindset · Accountability · Productivity

You bring the goals, and the group makes sure they actually happen.

The MAP Group is a small group of my most committed and motivated clients.

It’s built on Mindset, Accountability, and Productivity, for people who do their best work with structure and the right others in the room.

And before you say ‘that’s not me,’ keep reading. I said the same thing.

I know how this sounds, because I hated it too.

I’ve been an entrepreneur for a long time. I’ve done okay, and everything I built, I built by grinding. That was the only way I knew.

Years ago, I was in a group helping me build one of my businesses. Part of the deal was a weekly accountability call, and I noticed I kept not getting on it. When I looked at why, the answer embarrassed me. I hated needing accountability. It felt like an admission that something was wrong with me, like I should be able to do this on my own.

Eventually I stopped fighting it and let the group hold me accountable. My business exploded. That’s the whole story. Nothing about me changed except that people were finally watching.

That’s what I want you to have, and it’s why I built the MAP Group.

You don’t have a knowledge problem, you have an alone problem.

You already know what to do. You’ve known for months, and the plan is written down somewhere, probably in three places.

What you don’t have is anyone watching, anyone expecting, or anyone who’ll notice whether you did the thing you said you’d do and ask you about it with genuine interest instead of judgment.

There’s an old truth that says to go fast, you go alone, but to go far, you go together. Most driven people have been going alone for so long they’ve forgotten there’s another option.

One organizing principle: what gets measured and reported improves exponentially.

The MAP Group is built on Pearson’s Law: that which is measured improves, and that which is measured and reported improves exponentially.

Every member brings real goals, and every week we measure and report to a small room of creative, growth-oriented leaders who are doing the same. And I’ll tell you what I see happen, over and over: the people who actually measure and report don’t just improve. They transform.

Mindset. The patterns in your head shape the numbers in your business, so we work on both.

Accountability. Not the punitive kind. This is the kind where people you respect are paying attention, and you find yourself doing what you said you’d do because someone finally expects you to.

Productivity. Becoming impossibly productive on the things that actually matter, without burning yourself down to get there.

This is not “grind culture”.

Let’s be clear about what you won’t find here.

There’s no perfectionism, because it’s explicitly not allowed.

There’s no shame and no calling-out. Accountability without dignity isn’t accountability at all, it’s just pressure with witnesses.

There’s no performative hustle. We focus on becoming impossibly productive while honoring our own psychological safety.

What you’ll find instead is empowered, supported growth, with dignity and self-worth as cornerstones. That’s the room.

There are two ways in.

Direct participation. Join the MAP Group as a member and get the full structure: the weekly rhythm, the measurement, the reporting, and the room.

Through Individual Coaching. All of my one-on-one coaching clients participate in the MAP Group as part of our work together, because the group amplifies the private work, and vice versa.

Either way, it starts in the same place, with a free 30-minute conversation to figure out what’s actually going on and whether the group is the right fit for where you are.

This is for you if…

  • You have real goals and a history of making more progress when someone’s watching.
  • You do your best work with structure and the right others in the room.
  • You’re creative and growth-oriented, and you’re tired of going it alone.
  • You’re done with hustle theater and want productivity that doesn’t cost you your health.
  • You’re willing to measure, report, and show up every week.
