Corporate Leadership Coaching

Healthier humans build healthier teams.
Healthier teams build healthier companies.

Coaching and workshops that develop the leaders inside your organization from the inside out.

You’ve invested in your people. So why does the same dysfunction keep coming back?

The leadership retreat was inspiring for about three weeks. The training program produced binders that are now holding down desks somewhere. The consultants delivered a beautiful deck along with a substantial bill.

Meanwhile, the actual problems are all still here. The turnover on that one team hasn’t slowed down, that one department still isn’t profitable, nobody wants to touch the succession question, and those two senior leaders still can’t be in the same meeting without the temperature dropping ten degrees.

That’s because most leadership development treats symptoms. It teaches behaviors without ever touching the patterns underneath them, and patterns that don’t get addressed don’t disappear. They wait.

Companies are made of people. “Weller” people create better organizations.

I partner with you and your senior leadership to create a custom coaching container for your most critical team members and emerging leaders.

This isn’t tactical consulting, which has its place. Instead, we go deep. We work at the intersection of business and psychology, where the real leverage lives, because a company can’t outgrow the emotional health of the people running it.

Depending on your organization’s needs, engagements can include:

  • One-on-one coaching for key executives and high-potential emerging leaders.
  • Leadership team workshops that move groups from confrontational to in sync.
  • Culture creation that happens deliberately instead of by accident.
  • Succession planning that develops actual successors rather than org-chart placeholders.
  • Strategic deployment of resources, so your best people end up where they’ll matter most.
  • Building an organization that lasts beyond any single leader, including you.
Clay Cutts

A coach with a clinical foundation.

I’m a licensed psychotherapist with additional clinical training and years of experience working directly with executives and business owners. I’ve workshopped executive leadership teams from confrontational to in sync, and I’ve taken raw talent and molded it into legitimately powerful leadership.

That combination matters. Your leaders’ hardest problems, like conflict, trust, ego, burnout, and fear, are human problems. Bringing in someone who’s an expert in how humans actually change isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s the difference between training that fades and development that holds.

My work has taken me inside organizations in healthcare, mental health, non-profit, music and entertainment, power generation, transportation, and a number of other industries. Where I know your world, I bring expertise. Where I don’t, I bring something most consultants can’t: a genuine outsider’s view, and a seat at the table that isn’t tainted by “we’ve always done it that way.”

Not a cookie-cutter program. A custom solution.

Every organization’s challenges and goals are unique, so every engagement is designed from scratch.

1

We talk.

It starts with a conversation with you and your senior leadership about what’s actually happening inside the organization, not just what the engagement survey says.

2

We design the container.

Together we define who’s involved, what success looks like, and how we’ll measure it, whether that means coaching, workshops, or both.

3

We do the work.

This is a sustained engagement with your leaders over time, because tectonic shifts in how people lead don’t come from a single offsite.

This is for your organization if…

  • You have critical team members or emerging leaders whose growth the company depends on.
  • You’re facing culture, succession, or team-dynamics challenges that training hasn’t touched.
  • You believe the humans come first, and that teams don’t change until the people inside them do.
  • You want a long-term partner instead of another deck and an invoice.
  • Your leadership is willing to go deep, starting at the top.

What should you do next?
