If you’ve read this far, you already know my take: the problems that won’t stay solved in your business are living in you, not in your org chart. Maybe you even recognized yourself somewhere in that description, and some part of you thought, “yeah… that’s me.”
Good. That flicker of recognition is the whole ballgame. Most leaders never get there, because it’s a lot more comfortable to keep rearranging the furniture than to admit the house is haunted by the guy who owns it.
The question now is what you’re going to do about it, and that’s where this work comes in.

This is a one-on-one engagement built around you, not a program you get plugged into.
There’s no workbook, no modules, no curriculum with your name typed into the cover page. When we start working together, we design the engagement around your actual situation: your goals, your timeline, and the specific pattern that keeps eating your lunch.
From there, it looks like this. We meet regularly, one on one. Between sessions, you’re out in your business and your life running into the exact situations we’ve been talking about, except now you start to see them coming. You come back, we look at what happened, and we go deeper. Over time, the pattern that used to run you becomes something you can see, name, and finally put down.
I’ll also tell you what I see, even when it’s uncomfortable, and especially when it’s uncomfortable. You have plenty of people in your life who need something from you and tell you what you want to hear. I’m not one of them.
And because this work goes better with reinforcements, individual coaching clients also get access to the MAP Group as part of our work together.

Before I coached executives and founders, I was a licensed psychotherapist. That matters here, because the patterns we’ll be working on don’t respond to willpower, hacks, or another productivity system. They respond to the same things that drive real change in a therapy office: awareness, honesty, and someone trained to see what you can’t.
I’ve also built and run businesses of my own, which means I’m not theorizing at you from the sidelines. I know what it feels like when payroll is coming and the pipeline is thin, and I know how lonely the chair you’re sitting in can get.

I keep my one-on-one roster small on purpose, because this work is deep and I refuse to water it down by spreading myself across twenty clients. That means four spots, application only, and both of us all in or neither of us at all.
It starts with a free 30-minute call. No pitch, no pressure, and no sales choreography. We talk about what’s actually going on with you, and together we figure out whether we’re a fit. If we are, we design the engagement. If we’re not, I’ll tell you so, and I’ll point you toward something that will serve you better.
