Have you ever worked for a really good boss…a true leader? I have, and it was fantastic. He had such a clear vision for what he was creating with his company. He was passionate about the product, the industry and his team. He was intentional about enrolling all of us in his vision and creating true cohesiveness. Work was FUN.
I would have followed that man just about ANYWHERE!
And…I’m still in touch with him 25 years later.
How did he become such a great leader? In his case I think it was military training, access to good mentors and a ton of natural talent.
While we can’t all rely on natural talent as the recipe to grow our leadership, we CAN access great mentors and coaches who will help us take our leadership to the next level. Leadership is a skill that can be taught and cultivated. Further, leadership is “a mountain with no top”…we all have new levels to grow into.

The Academy is an 8-week experience for anyone who is ready to level-up their leadership game!
Why Group Coaching?
I’ve traditionally offered 1-to-1 intensive coaching. And it’s been transformational for those clients. So the question is why am I now offering leadership coaching in a group setting? Part of the reason is that the number of people I can serve is time-limited using a 1-to-1 model. Another reason is coaching in a group setting often creates MORE transformation.
And, I’m offering this particular group for a few other reasons…
- There is a massive leadership vacuum in our world (business, politics, families, etc.). We’ve become self-centered and entitled which leaves us vulnerable to the nonsense that’s passed off as leadership. This leadership vacuum is dangerous, particularly when it shows up in your business. Without clear leadership, a toxic and unproductive culture will create itself and reproduce right under your nose.
- Highly committed people can (and do) have a massive impact on the world given the right direction/support. I’ve worked with SO MANY clients who truly want to be better and do better…and don’t know how. They are stuck because they know what they are witnessing from political and business “leaders” isn’t right and they don’t have the specific skill/knowledge to create the change they crave. And when they gain these tools they move the needle in amazing ways.
- More individual leadership is the key to improving the world for us, for our families and for the next generation. I’ve seen a single person step into powerful personal leadership and change the culture of an entire organization. (And…it wasn’t even the person at the top of the org chart.) This happens because TRUE leadership is so rare and so attractive that when it shows up, people can’t help but pay close attention. We CRAVE leadership. NOW is the time for me and you to raise our leadership game…to turn pro!
