Traditional anger management techniques don’t work very well. That’s because when you work to “manage” your anger you are working on the wrong problem. You should be working to exterminate your anger instead.
That’s exactly what I do with my clients. I help them dig into the root causes of their anger and work on THOSE problems. Then, they have a choice about how they react…either blow up or do something else.
